That one is probably just a raw container, do you have other files with same name and different extensions?

I know the tools. He did the tools to me :)

But I want to know if it was possible extract the images from the file, because it is something missing. I through it was easy with Quick BMS script.

That's an important information, why you omitted it?
So it's not a problem of extraction but it's a graphics problem, which means that this is the wrong section.
I'm moving it to the correct section.

I omitted it because the tools don't extract any image, only texts and font files.

I think it is not in the correct section because the images are not extracted. I need extract the images for then import it.

Shadowed on Game Archive too, so now it's visible in both the "worlds"

Anyway, you should check if the size of the data extracted with that tool is the same or bigger than the size of the RLB archive, in that case it means that you have extracted everything.
