Hey there guys!

I promise you that one day I'll learn how to do tools like these, but since you are the masters behind it I ask a tool from you that can extract the text from the newly released Mother Russia Bleeds game.

I've attached the file that contains the game's language files (maybe this is an xls file? Something like this is written in the first few lines, that's why I'm asking).

I just came here to say the exact same thing! :D

This is very neat, I ask everyone to use this, it works wonders with ALL Unity games.

Doesn't work. Looks like texts are located in level0, but UnityText can't manage to find them.

No, texts are indeed in resources.assets file, and UnityText works.

Yes, it's in the resource_00001.-1 file (or what it's called, I'm writing this by memory :D)

And it also works with other games, like Grow Home, Punch Club and so on. Neat! :D

For me it doesn't work.

I've extracted the whole resource.assets file, but UnityText says only #Empty Text

This is what you should do:

1. Open the resources.assets file with UnityEX

2. Now you can either...
a. Extract everything
b. Extract the resources_00001.-1 file, since that's the one that contains the game's text.

3. Open UnityText, click on "..." and then search for the folder where you've extracted the files. You can then filter out which files you want to open in the bottom right corner (in this case we need the -1 files).

4. It should load for a while, and then on the left side it should display some filenames (or only the resources_00001.-1 file). On the right side it should display the text from said file.

5. Use the Export button to save it into an Excel file, and edit that (only the middle column, and only some text, because some of it is an indicator on what you are editing right now).

6. If you are done with it then click on the "csv" text on the top right corner in UnityText, and browse for your Excel file

7. Once it's opened, then click on "Pack" on the bottom right corner in UnityText, and it should be done.

Also note that you should save the Excel file (the .csv one) in the same folder as you are editing the Unity file (resources_00001.-1), otherwise it would crash and such.

Solved. My Unity Text version was outdated:D
