Anyway, when I will have time and interest maybe I will check that compression.
If someone is interested, it starts with the magic "JR" followed by the 16bit value 0x0002, then the decompressed 32bit size and then the data.
There is also a "RA\x00\x02" but I'm not sure if it's a compression or a type of file.
