Well, while the developer is for a certain type of game, they have a recurring file format throughout and a friend of mine wants to see if modding for english translations will ever be possible. The archives are ".war" files with a header of "WARC". However after roughly three hours of searching the internet I have to bring it here. This one is specifically for a music file. I was wondering if anyone could come up with a way to extract these.

Only the first 8 bytes are in clear-text, the rest seems encrypted.
