Battle Carnival uses Vision Engine, but I can't unpack vArc with regular script. Used this unpack script.

Looks like game has been closed since last september. If you have it in your Steam library, you can try to just download game or its depot via console.
I'll upload client later, but it's from Jan 2018.

Download Battle Cranival Client Gamenet version

This is not the steam version but the Russian localization from gamenet steam to unfortunately not found.
Download the live or install folder and you can use the gamenet torrent tracker there in the root of esche, it can be useful for checking the integrity of the live folder after downloading.
The visionpackage.bms script doesn't fool me with this client.
By the way, I found a site with some 3d models from the game.
