quickbms has a command-line option to automatically change endianess while using a script on a file but that's not your case because, as visible from the comparison images, they are completely different formats.

Same size...
same bytes, only in different order ...
I understand that ... different format .. it is ..
but you just have to reorganize information ...

It can not be done..? with quickbms..?
Create a scripts to edit...?
