This is a file that I have 2 things i would like to know.

1st: What is it? It is most likely renamed to .mask
2nd: How can i edit it? is there some program that will let me?

THEORY: In the games, i think this contains where you can and can't place stuff. I would really like to edit it somehow. I also think it might be a renamed image of some format. The only reason i think this is because in An older version of one of their games, they have a file called (MAPNAME)_Mask.png. This was basically an image with black space where you can't place stuff.

If anyone can help, please let me know :D
