Actually, since encryption is not my field, I gave up. This is the last hope.

Until the cracked verison of this game will appear, there's no reason to decrypt texts. Because they will change encryption again.

You already know that remove Chinese or the other language will reduce size of each data.
If one want to make translation patch then reimport would be the easiest way for it.
