helped. You can find a topic on Xentax called "Dirt/Grid/Dirt 2/F1 2010/Dirt 3/F1 2011/F1 2012 - Tools". There are mentioned some tools made by Ryder.

For PGZ archive, you will need Ryder PSSG Editor, and then AngelCode Bitmap Font Generator for creating new font file texture. And maybe some hex editor. I'm not sure. (nevertheless hex editor is always handy).
