All files within the disk image appear to be in a TOC/SB format. Is there any chance of extracting these files? Also, would there be any way a reimport-supporting script could be created for these files?

The scripts I've found like frostbite.bms and nfstr_blueprintbundle.bms do not work on these archives.

Yeah - it also seems to extract duplicates, too. :D
