This script can only seem to extract 60% of the content, can complete extraction?

It's correct because there are lot of empty parts in the archive (probably for patching purposes by the developers).
Lame test, if you remove the parts with sequences of zeroes you get a file which is about 60% of the original

The only thing I would like to remove is the creation of files of zero bytes which are useless.
