The first bad news is that it's the UnityFS format that is, as far as I know, currently not supported by the tools (or partially supported)
The good news is that all the audio there is just FMOD FSB :D but it's not an unique archive, there are many inside that mab file.
The second bad news is that the audio is encoded with ogg which can't be extracted as-is with fsbext because it's not playable.

For FSB archives containing ogg data I suggest ever to use this tool:
viewtopic.php?f=17&t=1901

But it doesn't have an FSB scanning feature like fsbext, so it's not possible to use it on that mab file.

@id-daemon, can you add this scanning feature to your tool?

So as of now I am not able to extract the audio to be playable, right?

Exactly because fsbext can do the scanning job but the ogg output is useless while the tool of id-daemon doesn't support the scanning feature (so your only solution would be the manual dumping of all the fsb files)

I have just bumped into a program called disUnity, which is supposed to be an extractor for Unity games. Do you have any experience with this extractor?

This topic is a collection of Unity-related tools:
viewtopic.php?f=17&t=12

I have no personal experience with them, except for the quickbms script obviously.
