I have extracted the videos and audios from the psx version, and I need to convert them to mpg and wav in order to work with them.
I have tried all the tools available for psx for the conversion of videos and audios but none has worked for me.
I've also tried sony sound forge if I found the codec used in audios, but it has not worked either

I discovered that the audios is some type of adcpm to 22050 HZ Mono, but I can not find the correct format. Since you get to understand something in the sound forge Selecting the mono VOX format at 22050 HZ.
Video can also be multiplexed with this type of adcpm

I have managed to decode the audios, they are VAG.
I used the VAG DEPACK tool. But with videos not working
