i'll post a Noesis python script to open this texture after you tell me the
game name and platform the sample came from, i need a proper label for it :)

@Acewell thanks a million. finally i see the font lib.

I just want to do Localization... now i can change it.

one more help, when i finish change the font image, do you know how to pack it back to fnt file?
