How do you "mod" the game files to get for example: 10x bloon speed or something like that?

I can confirm that there are users on this forum who mod this game.
In case you get no answer from them I can tell you that probably a starting point is the data.jet file in the Assets folder.
It's a ZIP archive so open it with 7-zip or Winrar and use the correct password provided here:

I too would like mod bloons for a little extra fun. I have edited values in the data.jet file but when I load up the game, the edited bloons or tower is either removed completely or is just a sprite. Please help.

I have the correct password (Thanks .) and I can get in the files; but every thing I change stays how I edited it, but nothing changes in the game. Can someone help me fix this? Help would be appreciated!

If it takes really long than it probably means that you are in the hackers pool,
to get out you have to disable your mods and then appeal to ninja kiwi to join everyone else
