Apologies if this is not the place to ask for this, or if I'm at the right place at all, but this is the only place I've been able to find so far that's slightly related to Shantae.
Question is if anyone knows, or could point me in the right direction regarding the files that comes after unpacking the pak, moreso the .anb files. It's suppose to be a graphic file, but I have no idea how to handle it. I'm interested in modding the game, but I'm at an absolute loss.
Any help would be appreciated.
