I don't know what's the content of the z5 files you provided, I tried with the lz77wii compression from both offset 8 and 0x20 but it failed.

I think it might be one of the generic model formats for the 3ds, there's someone person who claims to know the compression/encryption to decompress it but won't share any info on it.
