I finally found a way to extract this file from the cvm when i found the passwords. Now the only question is, how can i extract models from them? (This 00_BLANK.DAT file is from Sakura Taisen: Atsuki Chishio Ni, this file can also be found in Sakura Wars: So Long my love, the PS2 Shinobi game and Nightshade; it seems that each Overworks-developed game has it's own unique 00_BLANK.DAT file)

I see. I was really hoping to find a decryption method for the file. But I guess I should have thought about filecutting this.
