So, I have the Wii version of Disney/Pixar's Cars on my Dolphin Emulator, and i'd like to create my own mods for it, but it's .arc files that contain the other files I can't extract. The only tutorials I could find on how to do it said to use FreeArc, but that did not work either. It said that it either isn't archive or is corrupt.

I can't. It says that .arc is not allowed when I try to attach the file to the post.

Also be sure to just .zip up the file. Then you don't cause any hiccups when uploading.
