Who can help in extracting and importing the Juiced 2 archived files?

vap is probably some model or animation stuff, I see words like "Bip01_Spine2" and "posbip"
dxt and ati are a (partially) headerless DDS.
there were no bdl files extracted from the samples you provided.

Anyway I can help only for the extraction process, I suggest you to open a new topic in the 3d/2d section.
