I'm kind of surprised that there has been no research done for this game or it's original version either. These here are the main data files from the system. I'd like to eventually get models and textures from them.

First you have to decompress the dat files with the xcompress script:
http://aluigi.org/bms/xcompress_file.bms

Then use the existent Soul Calibur script with the generated ".unpacked" files:
http://aluigi.org/bms/soul_calibur_ios.bms
