Usage: Gibbed.JustCause3.ConvertTexture.exe [OPTIONS]  input_file.ddsc [output_base_filename]

Options:
  -o, --overwrite            overwrite existing files
  -v, --verbose              be verbose

i didn't see binaries at source page so i compiled the Gibbed.JustCause3.ConvertTexture.exe and dependencies and added makc_ar's bat file in one folder

just drop your ddsc files in the folder and run the bat file

Convert_ddsc2dds.zip
