It works without problems.
What you get at the end of the extraction is not an error, it's completely normal for customized zip archives.
It tells you that you have covered the 99% of the archive which means success.

Thanks for the feedback, I have updated zip.bms to version 0.4.3a so that now it works also with quickbms_4gb_files.exe
