What's this redirect.py file? An extracted file or a tool or what?

You can't get the original filenames if there are no files (hash/map/info) containing the filenames.
Are you really sure that some of these NPK files don't have files with same name and different extension?
If yes, can you upload one of these NPK files? (just curious, no solution)

Yes, there are some games, and there is no (info/hash) class of files. Such as:
Http://apk500.bce.baidu-mgame.com/game/1642000/1642494/20161118104339_oem_5500474.apk? R=1?
But someone got the file names of these files by decompile, and I don't know how to do it. If you can, could you have a look at it?
