Not easy.
The format used by this game is covered by the script http://aluigi.altervista.org/bms/arcsys.bms and recently another user asked for a solution to reimport the edited files back in the original archive:
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=4058

There is no update from that user so I don't know if it worked or not.
