So I found the old Hyperscan roms, and I've managed to extract the Voices from the *.bin files there (seems to be prominent across all games..), as well the sound effects were already placed as individual files. The magic word for all these files are "SP_Tonemaker". I have a good feeling there's a program that can open these, but I'm uncertain. Any help to these files would be appreciated. Samples attached below. Thanks!
