F13: How can I view/edit text uasset files? keeps crashing on unreal engine editor

I extracted pak file for the F13th game using QuickBMS but trying to edit this uasset file. I believe its text only since its only 4KB. I made a new project on "unreal engine 4 editor" and placed this file attached in documents but just crashes "unreal engine 4" cant seem to open / edit it.

Anyway to edit? I attached the file in the rar
