Forgive me for the previous post because of posting in the wrong place.
That's because i did not find the new topic button. And it was entirely my mistake. Just as before, I want to ask whether there is any script or tool to edit or extract the xml file.
This is that file

Btw that file not part of game, but is part of android app.
