As the title indicates, I'm interested in extracting the music from the Wii Power Pro games' .vas files. I already know they contain DSP data, but some of the other methods I tried to extract them weren't very fruitful. Thus, I came here seeking assistance! Here's a sample .vas archive from Jikkyou Powerful Pro Yakyuu Wii Next:

And now for a bump! A couple years later, I now find myself interested in ripping the music for the PS2 Pro Yakyuu Spirits games (a sister series of sorts to the Power Pro games), and it turns out these titles also stores the sound in .vas files. Once again, I wonder if it's possible to make a script to split the archives into separate files? Here's a sample file from the sixth entry in the series:
