The game had a few patches released throughout it's lifetime, yet the installer for them crashes on Windows 8 and above and leaves the game in an unplayable state. Could someone try to extract the files from this patch EXE? One could then overwrite the original unpatched files with the extracted ones. Thus manually patching.
