I'm doing a bit of research with the models and textures for Phantasy Star Universe. I need a bit of help with a header in one of the games archives. The .nbl archives the game uses can be extracted but only the NMLL header. The other header that we need is the TMLL header which we believe holds the texture data for the models. However, the person working on them never managed to finish his work. They did however upload their work to GitHub here: https://github.com/essen/gasetools/tree/master/nbl
