When I have seen that header "eb 00 00 00 00 40 00 00 30 01 00 00" followed by what looks like a LZMA stream I had the impression to have already seen this format but I have absolutely no idea if I made a script for it, what I know is that the lzma-like data can't be decompressed for unknown reasons (tried with comtype lzma_dynamic at offset 0xc, 0x11 and 0x12).
