Amaze PSP models/textures/anims

Amaze (and its subsidiaries) all used the same engine for their PSP ports, with same (or similar) file formats for the games' assets, which might help figure out in what format these models and textures are.
All of the games use .RES files for their data, with the occasional .PMF cutscene and .PRX/DAT library. I've noticed .RES files with this kind of data have BMSH, BMSH8, BANM in their headers (for meshes and animations, respectively) but I'm not yet sure about textures. Looking at the GE Disassembler in PPSSPP only helped define how the textures are compressed - DXT5 and CLUT3.
Attached are sample model files from Assassin's Creed Bloodlines, Call of Duty Roads to Victory and The Sims 2.

How can i make blender file from this .res files, i extracted it and got bunch of bmsh,banm..... .DAT and .DC5 files i have no idea how to use.
