These seem to be similar to the files used in Valhalla Knights 3 and Gunslinger Stratos Reloaded PC.

GxArchivedFile000.dat - GxArchivedFile005.dat are the main game, and GxArchivedFile003.dat - GxArchivedFile006.dat are the patches. Gunslinger Stratos extractors expect a .csh file, and the Valhalla Knights 3 extractor is completely off base.

https://mega.nz/#!g5szQRJL!8yhs7fRQYrh6 ... VChV916d0Q this is 003.

Also, a bit off topic: the last time I asked for help, it actually let me do something neat! I got a semiplayable build of Elminage Gothic in English for PC going.

EDIT:
Okay, so.. gxarchivedfile000.dat has a lot of stuff at the beginning I don't understand, but at 0x63BDC it starts to just be zlib-compressed files.
gxarchivedfile003.dat's first zlib file is at 0x36D8.

Scan number 1 spit a bunch of suggestions to use -z 15 at me, but those peculiarly weren't captured.

Not sure if you still have the files but I have updated the script to version 0.2.
I hope it still works correctly with this game.
