Hello, I'm trying to extract the audio files from the game since it will be closed on december and I wanted to have the audios. I'm using fsbext but when I put the correct password says Error: this tool doesn't support FSBu

How can I do it then?

Are you sure you inserted the correct password?

FSBu doesn't exist so the password was wrong.
If the problem persists upload the FSB archive.

It works but when I use the ? to "look" at the password the numbers differ, why?

Because "?" is not for users or at least not for complex passwords.
If the password was "hello" you would have been able to "guess" it with the ? option that can show parts of it.
That's correctly explained in the image you posted.

ok I guess the issues are as fallows.

1. I can extract the dds and the NIF files for the meshes but cant read them.
2. several scripts work for extracting the said files but can not read the blasted things after 2.0 renewal came out are they encrypted differently?

3. I am a total noob so maybe I did do something wrong this game is ending in December I wanted the models and textures the most. I did grab boards also might have some fun with them but as far as I can tell I did something wrong the key from before 2.0 seems not to be working.

any help would be appreciated I plan on holding the game files way past the end to hopefully finally get them working right.

dose the old password work for the 2.0 music/voices? I think i answered my own question and the answer is no. it says it uses encryption type 1 but idont know how to read hex dec/ so I am out of luck.
