Hi, i'm kinda a noob here.. I want to Edit Textures on this game: Tenchu Time of the Assassins, for the PSP, I still don't have a PSP and i want to do that on a real one, if that's possible. First i want to ask, Hex Editor edits colors, or textures? Or with it, i can extract textures of a Game? I really want to do that. These game is one of my favorites. I would like to edit Shimatsuya Woman, (Or Assassin Woman on the game) 's dress, hair, and Other things, Please, someone help me and teach me how to use it.
