Can anyone help me with the .dat files for Children of the Nile. I and a few others have been looking for years for a way to edit this game. I would be willing to pay for some sort of editor or trainer or in-depth .ini file for this game. Please help, even if all you can offer is a direction to take my search, I would be grateful.

Maybe you should upload a sample file

Here is a sample file for you.
I can open it with a hex editor, like XVI32, but i have no idea what each hex number relates to.
I am hoping to find something like the old "Rules.ini" files for Command and Conquer, but anything that allows me to translate and edit features of this game would be great.

More info.

There are other mods made for this game, but no-one every replies as to how they made their mod.
A prime example is the "Educated Workers X5" mod.
The modded .dat file can be found here,

The original .dat file is attached to this post.
