I don't know how to write a script but in the meantime try using Ravioli's tools it may be able to open that .Pack for you in the explorer or Extractor via drag and drop.

That IECS or "IECSsreV" magic is used in various games but I don't know if there are solutions available, probably yes but "audio" is not my field.
That "pak" extension suggest me that probably you are seeing just one of the archived files so pak may contain multiple IECS files.
You should upload a pak file.
