I'm trying to access UE VR demo, but cannot successfully complete it.
.pak file is 5.2gb

It extracts large part of the .pak but then reaches error.

I run quickbms_64 with full admin rights and choose unreal_engine4.bms and yield:

error in src\extra\xalloc.c line 618: xdbg_malloc()

Error: memory allocation problem
       Not enough storage is available to process this command.

I try the new_fear.bms file posted on other part of forum for same error, but immediate exit of quickbms when choose 'No' for the xdbg_malloc.

Any suggestions on how to solve?

You are probably using an old version of quickbms and/or script.
Update both:

So can you confirm the problem was your old versions of the tools?
