WRC6 used the format covered by this script:

I bet WRC7 changed it, anyway you MUST provide sample files

The script is valid for reimporting so you can try using reimport2.bat.
More info in section 3 of http://aluigi.org/papers/quickbms.txt

Please note that there are some compressed and uncompresse CRC fields so the game may not like the new content.
