"caff" is an audio file.
customchar.bin contains no data.
"FUSE" ("FUSE1.00") is a format used also in other games and I don't remember to have seen solutions for extracting it.

The good news is that this sample has the 0x80000000 flag but the bad news is that the files can't be decompressed.
I suspect that flag is used for encryption rather than compression but I can't confirm it.
I have updated the script only for skipping these files.

The zero-size files are correct, the archives contains many of them.
You can verify it very easily by searching the following bytes: 22 15 83 0D 00 00 00 00 which mean offset 0x0d831522 with size zero
