Has anyone worked with this before and decoded it? Tales of Zestiria uses it for most of the music.

Yes, I am. And this topic can be closed, since kode54 actually added vgmstream support tonight. It needed the G.719 libraries.

Can vgmstream decode siren 22? I understand that G.719 codec is not the same as siren 22.
