Chrrox once wrote a bms script to extract the .pac files, which produced various files including .bin. The .bin files I believe are what holds the models and textures, however I can't extract them with any script (even though someone seems to have been successful with that in the past). It seems to be an archive but I'm not entirely sure, but this tool http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?p=109872#p109872 apparently decompresses some files, I don't know if it's useful in this case.

Anyway, if anyone has any insight on how to get these bin files extracted, it would be really appreciated.

That FFType0HD_Cryptor.exe does nothing else than calling CryptDecrypt with the keys "i4hf84ufk837fr" and "h06h01s58hx", so if the result you got from it is still garbage it means the key have been changed.

That could be the case since the outputted file isn't useful either. I wouldn't know where to get the keys though.
