I don't know if there are tools currently supporting UnityFS, I suggest you to check the tools listed here:

Some of these tools open the file and can be archived, but at the time of re-injection it is not possible and they will send an error message!
You have already written "different scripts for Unity" please, if possible, so that we can extract both the files and reenter the original archive. Thank you.

My unity script is no longer supported as written in that topic.
You must use the other tools.
I don't think there are tools that support repacking or reimporting/reinjection.
