Hi guys good morning/evening
i just want to ask how to decrypt this file formats. when this file is decrypted you can convert it into an ASCII format and read to in a excel or just a plain notepad. (encrypted and decrypted(found on google) file format samples in attachment).
the decrypting tool is private, tried searching in google but no result found.

just gaved up, i guess it contains info that can break the game. i just want to known where is the exact locations of texture/model/shader of a weapon

i have new information about decrypting/converting
there's a tool named LTC.EXE(attached) that converts ltc to lta, the problem is it needs an AES KEY(AES_Encrypted, Symmetric Algorythm, 256 * 256 Rijhndael Managed, Base64,), do you guys know how to find it in crossfire.exe dumped(attached)?

finally found a working tool to convert cft in a readable file, but the ltc has a different encryption.the cft is just an encrypted decimal that can be converted to csv(microsoft excel file). i now have all the info of the location of bone/model/texture/map files(thank you).
