I extract the iso psp game then the UMD file
i received these files

i wanted to be able to extract the animations from the files
to use in blender, 3ds max or maya

ELF binaries, I have a script for extracting PE/ELF sections, resources and other data from executables like this, but I don't think you can easily get what you need:
