How I Can Make *.nxpk archive?

quickbms can only help with the reimport mode which is a way to reuse the same script for "injecting" the edited files in the original archive.
You can find information about that in section 3 of http://aluigi.org/papers/quickbms.txt
But keep in mind that the nxpk archives use CRC fields so it's possible that the game will reject your edited archive.

I'm not aware of rebuilders for this format, rebuilders are quite rare since they require time and effort.

I already decompiled game's APK file and game verifying files with MD5. MD5 hash located in APK (.txt format).
