Hello,

first time poster here. Hope this is the right place for it.
If it isn't then I apologize.

I am currently attempting to extract the textures of Neptunia PP.
I already succeeded at extracting the models of it but I am at a loss regarding its textures.

I tried several quick bms scripts.
Specifically: neptunia_pp.bms (by aluigi) and Tamsoft_GXT.bms (by mikulover)
But the result so far is only unopenable .dds files some .cat and .dat files
Additionally some files may be missing since several costume folders don't seem to come with any .dat files.

I was hoping sombody would be able to help me get those textures extracted.

I didn't include any of the .dat and .dds files I ended up getting as they are 1kb and under in size and thus can't be correct.
However they are extracted out of those files I attached so it should be fine in case you need em.

I believe this belongs in Game Archive.
For some reason Aluigi's NeptuniaPP archive script was extracting only the first file.

Extracted GXTs are valid ones. You can open them with Noesis.

no, i guess you didn't try it, Randomtalkingbush's script extracts all your samples perfectly and with names

I don't know what you mean with wrong script. I did use TamsoftSKEV_CAT.bms initially.
I successfully extracted the model data with it but no texture files were extracted (no .dat, .gxt or .dds)

i mean you never used the script i linked you to, because it works perfectly and extracts the same files as
TheUkrainianBard's script with the only difference being the archive basename also used in each file name.
i say you never used it because this thread wouldn't exist if you had, you would have had to look no further
for solution, the only way this script would not work is if you were maybe using an ancient version of Quickbms.
there are no "dds" files in any of your archive samples, only gxt which is supported natively in Noesis.
i hope this clears up any confusion, good luck on your adventure.
