nfs.idx is all encrypted, nothing else to do without reverse engineering the game.

Hm, okay.

i also found that .cpp Files in a Forum where someone could decompile it. (with IDA?)

maybe something is possibly with them?

Puh, that was a Forum where the People Talk about such stuff.
The .cpp files above should decompile it, but i don't know how to use them and if IDA is needed.

It's a xor with a key that changes every few bytes.
I would just suggest you to use offzip -a on the single packages for extracting their compressed content:
