Can someone explain it to me that are these values offset?

AC CD 06 00
B0 CD 06 00
B4 CD 06 00
D0 CD 06 00
E4 CD 06 00
04 CE 06 00
14 CE 06 00
...

It seems like offset, however, I can't figure it out. The destination address is odd.

This file is completly different, because it's a cpk file. But if you use aluigi's script, and put the unpacked pieces together, you get a file with the same structure.

After importing, adjust total size value at 10Ch and 118h.

10Ch means 12Ch to End of the file. For me, the size of 12Ch to End is 35D623h.
118h means 130h to End of the file. For me, the size of 130h to End is 35D61Fh.
